Derma Tonic Cosmetics Cancellation Policy 

No cancellations or changes allowed within 2 days of the appointment. 

All deposits are non-refundable and may not be used again.
If a change of appointment is before the 48 hour notice period then your deposit can be moved.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be used by the expiry date. 

Why do we take non-refundable deposits?

Many of the medical Aesthetic products used for your treatment are uniquely prescribed to you, just like a prescription from your GP. 
These are prescribed and ordered from the pharmacy ready for your appointment. 
If the appointment is cancelled at short notice, the product either has to be destroyed and not stored or sent back to the pharmacy with no refund. 

Amy at Derma Tonic Cosmetics fully understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen which in turn cause an amendment or cancellation. Generally speaking the rules still apply but it is up to Amy's discretion on the individual circumstances if an exception can be made. Amy will have to approve this and manually override it.
